Abnormal termination when exporting QTVR that contains polygon hotspots

Description

The Panorama Factory may terminate abnormally if you try to create a QTVR from an image that contains polygon hotspots.  If The Panorama Factory does not terminate abnormally, the hotspots in the QTVR image may be shaped incorrectly.  Other hotspots shapes (circles, rectangles and spots) work properly.
