Payment methods

We accept payment through our e-commerce provider, PayPal. You will be prompted to choose a payment method after clicking the Checkout button in Step 4, "Checkout."

We accept the following payment method without requiring a PayPal membership:

• Credit card orders online (PayPal membership not required)

We also accept the following methods through PayPal (PayPal membership required):

Step 2. Delivery Method

Most PayPal orders are processed immediately and you will receive your Registration key within minutes.  But in rare cases it may take up to 4 hours to process your order and receive your Registration Key.

Step 3. Review Order Total

Tax exempt sale 

For tax exempt orders, we must verify your exemption before the sale.  Please contact us at support@panoramafactory.com before placing a tax exempt order.

VAT will be added to orders placed from the European Union.

Sales tax will be added to orders that are placed from Pennsylvania, USA.

Step 4. Checkout

When you click the Checkout button, we will redirect you to the secure site to collect billing information and complete your order.

NOTE: All orders, including FAX, telephone and postal mail, begin by submitting order information through an online form to ensure that your order information is entered accurately.
