Payment methods

We accept payment through two e-commerce providers, PayPal and SWREG. You will be prompted to choose a payment method after clicking PayPal or SWREG in ordering Step 4, "Checkout."  Compare PayPal and SWREG

We accept this payment method through all e-commerce providers:

• Credit card orders online (PayPal membership not required)

We also accept the following methods through PayPal (PayPal membership required):

• PayPal balance payment

• Bank account transfer

• eCheck

We also accept the following methods through the SWREG e-commerce provider (additional processing fees may apply):

• US or UK check via postal mail

• International money order (US funds) via postal mail

• Wire transfer (bank to bank)

• Purchase orders (pro-forma invoice) by check or wire transfer

Step 2. Delivery Method

Most PayPal orders are processed immediately and you will receive your Registration key within minutes.  But in rare cases it may take up to 4 hours to process your order and receive your Registration Key.

Step 3. Review Order Total

Tax exempt sale 

For tax exempt orders, we must verify your exemption before the sale.  Please contact us at support@panoramafactory.com before placing a tax exempt order.

VAT will be added to orders placed from the European Union.

Sales tax will be added to orders through SWREG that are placed from Minnesota, Colorado, Georgia, Iowa, Illinois, Nebraska and Utah, USA.

Sales tax will be added to orders through Paypal that are placed from Pennsylvania, USA.

Manual processing fees may be added to orders placed by FAX, telephone, mail order, wire transfer or purchase order.

Purchase orders at SWREG are handled with Pro-Forma invoices.

Step 4. Checkout

When you click one of the Checkout buttons, we will redirect you to the secure site to collect billing information and complete your order.

NOTE: All orders, including FAX, telephone and postal mail, begin by submitting order information through an online form to ensure that your order information is entered accurately.
