Lost key recovery

If you are a registered user and you have lost your registration key, you may be able to recover the key using the automated key recovery system.

You may use the automated key recovery system if:

• You are a registered user of V2.x, V3.x, V4.x or V5.x.
• Your current email address is on file with Smoky City Design.
• You are able to receive email at this address.
• You purchased the software more than 24 hours ago (this order lookup database is updated once a day).

To use the key recovery system, enter the email address you used when you purchased your registration.

If you do not remember which email address you used or if you encounter errors, please send an email message to:

Please include any information you think will make it easier to find your order.  For example:

• Your name
• Approximate purchase date
• Alternate email addresses you may have used
• Your postal mailing address
• Old mailing addresses if you have moved since placing your order
