[Note 1] VAT added to SWREG orders. Effective July 1, 2003, the EU requires vendors to collect VAT on electronically delivered products. If you are VAT registered, the VAT charge may be removed from the SWREGorder form. Please enter your VAT registration number in the box provided on the SWREG order form (leave blank if not VAT registered). The VAT charge should be removed from the order form. If it is not removed, check to be sure you have entered your VAT number correctly or contact support@panoramafactory.com before submitting your order.

[Note 2] VAT added to REGSOFT orders. Effective July 1, 2003, the EU requires vendors to collect VAT on electronically delivered products. If you are VAT registered, the VAT charge may be removed from the RegSoft order form. If you enter a company name in the RegSoft order form, a page is displayed that allows you to enter your VAT exemption number to have the VAT removed from the online order. The VAT opt-out is displayed ONLY if you enter a company name.

[Note 3] GA sales tax added to REGSOFT orders. RegSoft, Inc. is a Georgia, USA company and must add applicable sales tax to orders whose billing address is within Georgia.

[Note 4] Purchase orders at SWREG. SWREG does not accept purchase orders. However, a Pro-Forma invoice may be printed when required to release funds in advance of receipt of the product. This invoice should be printed and submitted to your accounts payable department for payment. The product is delivered upon receipt of payment.

A US $3.00 manual processing fee is added for Pro-Forma invoice orders paid by check. A US $18.00 manual processing fee is added for Pro-Forma invoice orders paid by wire transfer. These fees are in addition to any fees that may be charged by your own bank.

Please follow these steps:

Start at http://www.panoramafactory.com/purchase.html and select the SWREG Buy Now button.
Choose either:
CHECK by US, CAD or UK checks or International Money Orders
or
Wire or local money transfer.
Enter your information into the online form.
Review your order and press SUBMIT ORDER.
Your browser will display a format Invoice along with payment instructions.
Please print the invoice and submit to your company's Accounts Payable department. Remember to write the order number on the check memo field.
When SWREG receives payment, we will send the registration details by email.

IMPORTANT: Please be sure to include the end-user's email address in addition to the email address of your Procurement or Accounts Payable department for the smoothest delivery of the registration keys via email. You may enter one address in the E-Mail field and the other in the CC E-mail field.

The registration key (serial number) is sent to both email addresses entered on the form. Be sure to include the end-user's email address. Otherwise the registration keys may be sent to the wrong department and they may not know what to do with them.
