Save QTVR panorama as... and Save IVR panorama as... commands are missing

Description

This problem has been reported for some Windows NT installations:

Even though the QTVR and IVR application extensions are installed, The Save QTVR panorama as... and Save IVR panorama as... are missing from the File menu.

Workaround

Contact support@panoramafactory.com for instructions on working around this problem.
