The default crop is incorrect for Cylindrical projection under certain conditions

Description

When you select the following settings, the default crop rectangle is incorrect.

1. Cylindrical projection is selected.
2. I am certain of the focal length is selected.
3. Correct barrel distortion is not selected.

Under these conditions, The Panorama Factory incorrectly calculates the default crop rectangle, causing small amounts of white background to appear at the top and bottom of the final image.

Workaround

To workaround this problem, either

1. Select one of the other Focal length options (e.g. I am pretty sure of
   the focal length).

--or--

2. Select Correct barrel distortion.
