Changes made to an overlap region while the Wizard is active have no effect or produce abnormal termination

Description

It is possible to open an overlap region after the Wizard has stitched the image but before exiting the Wizard. You can manually adjust the alignment, focal length, fine tuning, etc. However, when you close the overlap region, the stitched image remains unchanged. Later, certain commands such as the Clear fine tuning command may produce an abnormal termination.

Workaround

Close the Wizard by clicking the Done button before opening an overlap region.
