Trimming properties doesn't accept size larger than 10000

Description

The Trimming properties dialog box produces an error message when the pixel size is larger than 10000, but it is easily possible to import images larger than this.  This problem prevents using the Trimming properties dialog to set the fixed size rectangle size.

None.
