Abnormal termination after deleting all fine tuning tiles

Description

Sometimes the following sequence causes abnormal termination of The Panorama Factory:

1. Delete all fine tuning tiles with control-click.
2. Adjust alignment of the images.
3. Exit from fine tuning.

Workaround

None.

Status

Fixed in V1.2.
