Double-clicking a PFP file from Explorer (Windows) or Finder (Mac) sometimes causes abnormal termination

Description

If The Panorama Factory application is running and a dialog box is visible, Double-clicking a PFP file from Explorer (Windows) or Finder (Mac) may sometimes cause an abnormal termination.

In addition, on Mac, if the application is not already running, double-clicking a PFP file from Finder will launch the application but it will immediately terminate abnormally..
