to fill out this form -- we will do our best to resolve it.
If you're willing to include your project file it may help us diagnose
the problem. If you are running V5, you should use the
Save project archive as... command(File menu) to save the
project as a ZIP file. This is the most compact form.
Note 1: Project files can be very large. If the ZIP
file is over about 5 MB, we recommend you submit the trouble report form
without sending the project file. We'll get back to you via email to
discuss sending the file.
Note 2: Project archive files contain the original image
files. We will protect your copyrighted image data as if it were our
own. We will never share it with anyone else without your permission.
If you have any concerns about this policy, we recommend you contact us
through the trouble report form before sending the project file.
