How can I get the file to save in a format I can use in Photoshop? (preferably .tif or .psd) I need to be able to write these to disk in formats that others can use.

Use the Save View as command (File menu) to save the current image specifying a file name with a .tif extension. (Don't use .tiff with 2 'f's. This will save an un-color-corrected 45-bit image file).

The Panorama Factory supports JPEG, BMP and TIF.
