To save a TIFF image as a 48-bit file, you just have to enter a file name that ends in .tiff with double f. Using the double f tells The Panorama Factory that you want to save as a 48-bit file. Using a file name that ends in .tif with a single f tells The Panorama Factory that you want to save a 24-bit file.

Please be aware that 48-bit image files will not be affected by color correction changes you have made. Instead, the images are saved with their uncorrected colors.

To read more about how The Panorama Factory uses 48-bit and 24-bit TIFF files, see .TIFF & .BMP files.
