I am using a FujiFilm S3000 digital camera with the size set at 3M 651 frames,after i run this pictures through the wizard and go to view the work..the pictures are huge. My question is what size should i set the camera at or where should i resize the picutes to....

You should set the size of the pictures you take with your camera to as big as you, meaning your computer and/or your software, can handle. The bigger, the better, since it will give you more and better detail. Of course, if you cannot handle the pictures you shoot, then you should either upgrade your computer/software or reduce your pictures.
