The Panorama Factory V1.2 leaves dpi undefined in the tiff files. 72 is probably a default value for the program you are reading the images with.

V1.3 corrects this by preserving the image resolution of the source images and giving you the opportunity to edit image size and resolution in inches or cm. See the Image properties dialog and the Save View As dialog.
