Using the free trial version, I made a VT,
copied to disk, loaded into my MAC
webdesign software, uploaded the java player
and all needed files.

While viewing the web page from a PC the
Zoom player looks like it's loading fine, yet I
get the error "file misnamed". (I've quadruple
checked the file names and they're fine).

Is the MAC component screwing things up?

I'm very interested in purchasing this cool
software if I can get it to work.

Thanks!

Did the web pages produced by The Panorama Factory work correctly before editing them with the MAC webdesign software? If they do not work properly as output from The Panorama Factory, I would try to find out what is going wrong.

However, if the pages produced by The Panorama Factory work properly, it would seem that the problem must result from a change to the web pages made by that software.

I'm sorry, I wish knew the solution to your problem, but you will have to contact the publisher of the webdesign software or the publisher of the Zoom viewer for help related to those products.
