Caps for the 360 sphere panorama

I'm pretty new to using PF and so far its great. I've been doing the full 360 degrees sphere panorama. Everytime I do it there is always a top cap. How can I sticth the photos so the cap will not be there. How dou you put your own logo in the bottom cap?

I'm glad you're enjoying The Panorama Factory!

Can you direct me to an example in the forum that shows a bottom cap but no top cap?

Unfortunately, PF V5 doesn't provide a way to have one cap without the other. You either have both caps or neither.

Perhaps the examples you are seeing have real image data going all the way to the top (zenith) ??

At least I can tell you how to put in your logo. Are you using the QuickTime export format? To control the contents of the caps, click QTVR Settings on the Save Image dialog box and then the Settings button under Top and bottom caps.

On the Top and bottom caps dialog box you can choose Fill with color, Mirror ball or Image (logo) for the cap. If you choose Image, you browse for a JPG, TIFF. BMP or PNG file. PF takes the largest circle out of this image file and uses it for the contents of the cap. Refer to this help page:
