PF is a fine program, but like all pano software it occasionally ghosts an image, particularly when it is dynamic, like people walking. That said, PF would really benefit from outputting to a PSD (Photoshop) file with layers preserved, in order to go back in and do some cleanup.
Have you considered this as an option?

Yes, this is on the list of features that will be included in the next major release, V4.0. Unfortunately, I do not have a definite release date yet. But you can be sure I'm working as fast as I can to get it done!

John -- thanks. And be sure I will upgrade. I have four different flavors of Pano software and yours is the best hands down in terms of ease of use. If I can get this feature, it will be darn close to perfect. (Well that and stitch points.)
