You'll need to use the QuickTime Updater (from Apple) to add the QuickTime components that are required by The Panorama Factory.

To find the QuickTime Updater, use the Windows Start menu (usually in the lower lefthand corner of your screen) and select "Programs" and then "QuickTime."

Please read Installing support for QuickTime on your computer to learn what QuickTime components are required by The Panorama Factory.

Hi Parisa,

I don't know why the QuickTime Updater is not installed on your system. Please remember that QuickTime is a product of Apple Computer, not of Smoky City Design, so we cannot provide extensive support.

Perhaps you should try downloading a new copy of QuickTime by visiting http://www.apple.com/quicktime/download/

I hope this helps.

IŽd take the the 6.5.3 which you can find here:
http://www.apple.com/support/downloads/

but if you really need the 6.5.2 search there for "6.5.2" and you will find it too.

cheers
