Is there a good reason why digital SLR's like the D100, D1X and D30/60 etc are not listed in the camera list?
I am testing the prog at the moment and I like very much what I see - it's just the above which puzzles me - I thought they may have been in the camera library update but it seems not!

Because digital SLRs have interchangeable lenses, they require different camera library information than point-and-shoot digital cameras. The next release of The Panorama Factory, V3.0, will support digital cameras and will include current models in the camera library.

There are several workarounds that may be used Until V3.0 is available. See the FAQ Support for digital SLR? for more information.

Thanks John for that straight and rapid response and, of course, the point is taken and understood. I will wait for version 3 with interest - in the meantime I'm happy to pay for what we have already - it is very impressive. Warrants the Nobel Prize for Peace (Peace of mind in this case!)

NOTE: The discussion in this forum entry applies only to V2.4 and earlier.

V3.x (released in June 2003) fully supports digital SLRs and includes current camera models in the camera library.
