What is the widest verticle FOV that pf can handle? I used lens doc on some clipped 8mm fisheye images (I'm using a D30) to make them rectilinear and stitched them. When I looked at the "stitched" window of the project, the top and bottom are clipped off from the image, though still visible. The "cropped" and "final" images don't have the top or bottom at all. I can send you the "stitched" image if you need to see what I'm saying

There is no inherent limitation to the focal length for rectilinear (ordinary) photographs. However, fisheye lenses are not supported.

Please remember to include your email address when you post questions so that I can request further information if needed.

Dave-- Please email me at support@panoramafactory.com. I would like to see the stitched image. I do not understand what you mean when you say the top and bottom are "clipped off but still visible."
