Just downloaded the shareware version of the program yesterday, results of stitching etc are excellent. Problem when trying to print the result....nothing happens!! Printer sounds like it's about to take in the papre but stops at that. Have tried various resolutions and sizes but still nothing. Dell GX1 pc running Win2000 with HP Deskjet930C printer.

I have the same problem (Win 2000, HP PhotoSmart P1100). First, the usual initial noises and a "Printing" message in the printer's display, then a long wait (with 100% CPU time in use), then a message on the printer's display that "No PC data were received. Check your connection"

Several users have reported that this problem can be corrected by downloading and installing an updated printer driver from HP's website, http://www.hp.com.
