How can you get a top and a bottom with a 0-360.com or a Kaiden.com 360 One VR one shot lens? Are there good documentation on how to do this somewhere? I am sure stitching will be involved.

The Panorama Factory supports conventional cameras with conventional lenses. It does not support one-shot solutions like the 0-360 Panoramic Optic and the Kaiden 360 One VR. These are products of other companies (Bellissimo, Inc. and Kaidan, Inc.). I suggest you direct your question to those companies.
