I have several overlap regions which blend quite nicely. Only a detail or two give gosts.
I go into the correction menue, delete the red frame which covers the problem area, draw a new frame, align it manually and everything looks fine.
Until I close this menue. PF does a few calculations and comes up with... the very first picture, including the original errors.
Why does Panofactory ignore me?
Yours,

I have the same problem:

In Panorama Factory v3.2, after using the classic interface and stitching the panorama together, I noticed several obvious ghosts.
I selected the red box which indicates the area the program uses to merge, and pressed the fine-tune button and Panorama Factory automatically created tiles and this produced an almost perfect result. Fantastic. I fine-tuned the other seams also.

But, on closing this fine-tuning box, the program reverts the picture back to the previous imperfect version with the ghosts prior to fine-tuning.
Also, clicking the Accept Changes button (green tick) on toolbar (with fine tuning box still open) reverts back to imperfect version.
Also, pressing Enter on the keyboard, or right-clicking the picture and selecting Accept Changes reverts back also.

How do I keep the auto fine-tuned version? I have used version 1.6 of Panorama Factory and it's automatic fine-tuning (although not as good as v3.2) removes ghosts and this fine-tuned version of the panorama stays and can be saved.
