I just downloaded 2.2, I chose the web help installation. When I click on help it takes me to the panormaa factory page. I get a blank page and at the bottom of the screen it says "Done". I wanted to print out a guide, went to the folder but could not find the doc\pfactory.pdf file. I tryed uninstalling the program and then reloading it , but that didn't work either. All I get is a blank page. I only have a 30 day trial and would like to use this program. Hope you can help

The Web Help installation includes The Panorama Factory application only. It does not include the help pages nor the PFactory.pdf file. See http://www.panoramafactory.com/download.html for more information on the different installations that you can download.
When I click on help I get a blank page
The Web Help installation of The Panorama Factory requires internet access to display pages from http://www.panoramafactory.com/help. Your internet connection must be active when you try to access the help pages. If internet access is not available The Panorama Factory will be unable to display the help pages.
I could not find the doc\PFactory.pdf file
PFactory.pdf is not included with the Web Help installation. If you want to print PFactory.pdf, you must download and install the local help version.

Thanks for all the input, I was connected to my server when trying to get help from the web. When the web page opened it was blank, white, nada, on the task bar on the left bottom of monitor, it said "Done", but the page was still white. I realize that I didn't download the help menu,I chose to use the web help so it wouldn't take so much space on the hard drive. It was my understanding that I could go to the webs help page. I guess I'm wrong.
What a quick response from everyone THANKS. Any more suggestions?

You are not wrong. It should go to The Panorama Factory website for the help.
I'm embarrassed that I answered the question without trying web help myself. The web help feature is definitely broken. There is something wrong with the cgi scripts I am using on The Panorama Factory website.
I'm working on it....

I have corrected the problem with the web help system. It should be working again. Sorry for the inconvenience.
